Dear Mr. Piplani,
Adenocarcinoma is a histological type of cancer. Origin depends on where the tumor is present. She may require a CT scan or a PET CT scan, to evaluate disease status. based on metastatic and origin tissue, prognosis and severity is determined.
Can you let me know more in detail. I m in Chennai. If possible meet me with all reports and with patient. You can do all necessary investigations in chennai if you wish to.

Tumor is below the left neck, she is 81 years old patientold and she can not come to CHENNAI, hence I will get the CT scan or PET CT scan done in BANGALORE only & mail the report to you for your opinion.
