I can understand your concern.

There seems to be a wart or corn with surrounding inflammation. However since you have taken so many antibiotics already its not advisable to take any more. You can finish the course that is already on.

I would recommend going to a dermatologist who can remove the corn or wart out giving immediate relief to you. Alternatively after the inflammation subsides you can apply salactin lotion on the corn or wart.
