You appear to have tioght frenulum and there is certainly treatment available other than circumcision.
Kindly send me the pic and let me see whether you are candidate for frenuloplasty or not.

You seem to be having tight frenulum. This is not a rare condition. If this is troubling you the best option will be to go for Surgery. The surgery shall be frenuloplasty and there are no long term consequence. You shall be able to resume your normal life the same evening and shall have to avoid intercourse for 3 weeks.

Apart from surgery does any possible solutions for cure.Does i required to tell parents about my problem?.Does stretching will help as posted in internet or else if surgery means,what are the procedures.
