I can understand your concern.

You seen to be having a bacterial infection there, it's difficult to see the lesion exactly as the image is slightly blurred.

I would recommend you take an oral antibiotic like doxycycline. Also application of mupirocin cream on the lesion will also be helpful.

You will need a prescription for the antibiotic.

If you could send me one photo, I will be able to give you a better idea of the infection.
