Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
I need to know your height, and weight and also your occupation before that.
If you have a sedentary lifestyle, just increasing the dose is not going to help.
Also, mention your dietary history in the follow-up.
Regards.

Patient replied :

My Height is - 5' 7" - and weight is 71 kgs, occupation - service, i have mentained usual lifestyle, i have no - Dibetes,Hypertention,Allergies,Surgeries,Smoke,Consume Alcohol daily.

Your BMI is not too high, but you did mention about daily alcohol consumption, which itself can cause rise in the TG levels.
No matter how many medicines you take, it won't come down.
So, you need to limit your daily alcohol consumption to 1-2 drinks per week, and also incorporate 30-40 minutes of brisk walking everyday.
You should also increase the dose to 20 mg, and check your values again after 3 months.

Patient replied :

Dear sir,
I am not alcohol consumption, I am doing Gym regular basis last 4 months.
So can i increase the dose to 20 mg or not.but on 26.02.2015 LDL report is 123 but after 4 months LDL is 143 ( Refence range is <100mg/100ml. ) and ask - VLDL is 48 now 32 ( Ref. range <40mg/100ml).
Please clareify

Yes, based solely on TG reports as well as slight increase in LDL, you should increase your dose to 20 mg as I advised.
I got confused about your alcohol consumption because in first follow-up you mentioned ' Consume Alcohol daily '
Regards.

No problem.
Take 20 mg, and walk daily for 30-45 minutes.
