Rash in tip of penis with normal STD test.

Resolved Question:

I have been experiencing what appears to be a rash on the tip of my penis. This has been going on for over a year. I have had all STD tests completed by my doctor and all results were good. I have researched for days and hours looking at pictures and have found nothing. I can’t even stand my pants rubbing against it anymore. I am terrified it is warts or something. I saw my doctor last week and he examined my penis again and said something to the effect of “normal variation.” He explained that they don’t look like warts and they grow like that and would not be hurting. I trust him but this is driving me crazy.

I have no related medical history like this. I have seasonal allergies and drink 1-2 alcoholic drinks daily.

I am sexually active, unprotected though for the FIRST relationship in my life with fiance (I am 41 y/o) and she has had all tests including HPV recently. All negative.

Black vomiting is not associated with the i pill you took. I Pill can lead to some amount of nausea and vomiting, but never blood vomit.
Do you have any history of gastritis, ulceration, H Pylori infection, excessive alcohol intake?
You should immediately start taking the following medicines :
1) Tab. Ondansetron 8 mg, once before each meal for 2 days.
2) Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg once immediately, then once daily before breakfast for 7 days.
3) Syp. Sucralfate 2 teaspoons twice daily after meals for 7 days.
If vomiting still persists, it will be prudent to visit the ER, and get necessary investigations done.
