Neutrophils less than 1.5 are considered significant. As you have 1.63, it is not significant. Mean Platelet Volume (MPV) is only mildly elevated and with a normal Platetet count and no symptoms, can be ignored.
The White Blood Cells (WBC) are a dynamic population of cells whose main function is protection of our body against germs. Their number rises and falls as our body is constantly fighting off something, even in the absence of symptoms. In fact, fluctuating levels indicate a healthy immune system capable of responding to immune challenges. So you can relax and there is nothing to worry.
