Your wife suffering from nose bleed, ear bleed, headache, Short time blindness, memory loss.
She needs evaluation for all these problems. Please can you answer a few questions.
Which side is she having the nose bleed right or left? Is it a few drops at a time or is it severe flow? How often has she had it in the 2 years.
Is the headache left or right side and is it aggravated by by stress travel, head bath, exposure to sunlight?
Your wife will require the following investigations,
Nasal endoscopy : direct examination inside nose, can see site of bleeding and cause of bleeding.
CT scan of brain and paranasal sinuses: we cannot do CT scan and x-ray during pregnancy, but as now baby is 5 months, there is no problem in doing CT scan, it will give lots of information and it will rule out sinusitis and any disease of brain also.
She will require to get a complete history and physical examination along with CT scan to arrive at a diagnosis.
Since your child is 5 months and the CT scan is not a risk right now it is advisable to get it done, to help with a definitive diagnosis.

Sir, Thanks for the info. Mostly she got bleeding in left nose, but rarely in both noses. It is a few drops only stopped in few seconds, not much bleed. two days once she get nosebleed when thinking about sad news and while in angry. Getting Headache in back side only. recently she also getting one or two drops in left ear and stopped immediately. some times she has memory problem as well as short blindness in both eyes(exists for about 1 minute only).

Her problem may be related to stress only, but still we need to do a complete examination to rule out other possibility. I don't think you need to panic about it. You can meet your local doctor according to your convinience for a complete physical examination.
Because bleeding only few drops, improves without any medication.
