Red, inflamed ABSCESSES in anus. Treatment?

Hello,
Recently I have noticed abscesses around my anus. Currently there is one larger abscess, which seems to stem both internally and externally, and is very red and inflamed. I have a picture which is attached, any guidance would be appreciated

I saw the picture.
It is not an Abscess.
It looks like a Thrombosed haemorrhoid.
Please take high fiber diet, drink plenty of liquids ,eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Your stool should be soft.
If there is no response, you have to undergo surgery.
It is a simple Day case procedure.
Please consult your Surgeon and get examined clinically.
