Risk of having LABIAPLASTICTY surgery in INDIA.

Hi

I'm a 19 years old and I'm from Sweden. Im going to India this summer to do some volunteer work. I'm staying for 2 month and I'm also thinkng about having labiaplasticty surgery since it's something that has constently been on my mind. I would like to reduce the size of my inner labias to get better sexual confidence. I know India do have some very skillfull doctors and great facillities thought there are also many scammers. I wonder how I can make better sure that it's gonna be a proffesional procedure, what are the main things to look out for? I also wonder about the risks in this kind of procedure? Also being in India where many places arent very clean can enhance the chance of getting an affection. What is your view on my willingness to go there and do that sort of surgery?
