Hello,
I have reviewed the images.
Unfortunately surgery is the only option here.
It is going to be very minor surgery. The skin that is attached to glans shall be separated under local anaesthesia. It is going to be very small procedure and can be done on an outpatient basis. There are no complications. You may experience pain for few days.
