1. What is your height and weight : Weight:64 Kgs, height:5.3 Inches
2. Are you married / sexually active - any sexual issues : Married, No Sexual issues, Some time I will no get good mood, while participating in intercourse
3. Are you stressed out / personally or profesionally : Little Bit stresses(because my office shift starts 05:30PM IST to 02:30AM IST)
4. Are you exposed to heat / sauna / hot tub baths / toxins / chemicals / radiation : yes, I feel my body temperature high than the normal.
5. Are you taking any drugs or medications :No, But my wife Gyno suggested me to take Confido tablest(Himalaya's Company),2 tablets daily
6. Are you having prolonged periods of abstinence without ejaculation : No
7. Any recent surgery, illness, fever : No recent sugery,Illness, Fever.

I forgot to say. I feel some itching sensation under my testris skin. I went to a dermotologist and found that my skin is very sensative and dermotologist suggested some ointment(Venusia)/oil(Olemessa) to apply on the skin area.

Here are my suggestions -
1. The semen analysis in September is showing pus cells. Was a semen culture done ?
2. You should consult a proper Andrologist / Urologist instead of your wife's gynecologist.
Get the following workup done
- Complete physical exam ( genital exam )
- Hormonal evaluation
- Sonography of the genitals.
That should reveal a cause.
If the above mentioned factors ( stress, ageing, heat, abstinence, chemicals, tight fitting clothes ) are ruled out, then other causes should be evaluated.
Reasons could include - hormonal deficiency, chromosomal abnormalities, infections, blockages of tubes etc.
The treatment is then tailored accordingly.

Can you suggest a good Andrologist / Urologist in Noida and can I go and have the Hormonal evaluation test in a good lab or it need to be suggested by any doctor?

Although in no way i am trying to suggest you that some center is better than the other, since i am not aware of all the doctors in noida, i will advise you to go to fortis, explain your condition to an urologist and he will guide you about what tests need to be done.
