Stomach problems and diagnosed with colorectal cancer

Resolved Question:

I have had problems in my stomach for the past 3-4 years. I had a burning feeling while passing stole.
I have added blood in my stool tests about 10 years ago and I was diagnosed with intestine swelling and was given medicines by local doctors which helped me heal.
In February 2013, doctors found a stone in my gall bladder and suggested that I need to get it removed via surgery. So I went ahead with the surgery and got it removed. After the surgery I had loose stole and I started losing weight (15 kg). I also had trouble with digestion and doctors say that my red cell ratios have been decreasing. In the past week I had back pain and had trouble walking. I had increased pain on the bottom right side of my abdomen (if you are facing me). Some more symptoms that I had were weakness and drowsiness.
Anyhow so I went and consulted a digestive systems specialist in the past week and he had performed a CT scan, biopsy, blood test, endoscopy, cretin test. All the results are attached.
I am diagnosed with colorectal cancer and doctors suggest a surgery to remove it and based on further examination I might need chemotherapy.
Since removing the gall bladder was not a good move so now I am hesitant with this surgery. I am attaching all the reports and would like expert advice.

Hello,
Thank you for your consult at DoctorSpring.com.

After going through your problems and all detailed reports, my opinion is to go for Surgery and followed by chemotherapy. This is mandatory and is strongly advisable.

Please don't worry about the problems which u faced last time. Those problems appeared to be because of your current problem i.e sigmoid colon cancer.

Your stomach problems and bleeding in stools appear to be from your current problem. Do not delay the surgery and get it as early as possible. This surgery can also be done as laparoscopic surgery. Don't worry please go for surgery.

Hope this helps, If you have queries please feel free to ask as follow-ups.

Thanks
Dr. Lokesh
