I understand your concern.
Even though the shot that you took had a pretty high dose, but one such exposure is not adeqaute to have any negative impact on your bone growth or penis size. I can give you my assurance, in your case both will be normal.
For the natural testosterone to kick in, it would have taken maximum 2-3 days, by the time the negative feedback got suppressed.
Even Adderall doesn't show any effect on bone growth or penis size.
Please understand one dose is not enough to create any negative impacts. It takes multiple cumulative exposures to have impact on penis growth and bones.

If it was active in my blood for 3-4 weeks my testosterone would have been suppressed that long right? and after the testosterone shot ran out and levels were low that is when my body would have started natural production again. Is that correct ? Would there have been anytime that my body didnt have any testosterone?
