From your symptoms, it is tremors you have developed over the years. There are many reasons why tremors develop. Causes could be multiple sclerosis, stroke, traumatic brain injury or neurological disorders. Other causes can be drugs like corticosteroids, amphetamines or alcohol abuse, mercury poisoning, liver failure etc.

I suggest you to visit a physician, who will test you for liver function test, CT Scan.

Meanwhile, I suggest you to take vitamin B12 tablets twice a day and also do some breathing exercise.
