Weight loss, headache, night sweats, fatigue after CHOLECYSTECTOMY.

Patient is a 33y female with a recent history of
weight loss - 20 kg in 6 months 5 kg in 3 weeks
headaches
night sweats
fatigue
patient has had a recent cholecystectomy (3 weeks ago) following a week of vomiting nausea and mild grade fever - ultrasound showed single mobile calcius following removal pathology showed infection
patient has had slightly elevated LFT
thyroid tests normal
CT scans are attached
