What is this abnormality in my SINUS RHYTHM?

i have a abnormality in my sinus rhythm i was wondering what it was. the beat you can see happens every couple of minuites and you can hear it as loud as a normal beat when listening to the heart. but the whole thing doesnt seem to match a normal strip

From the limited strip of ecg that you have provided there seems to be biphasic T waves. there seems to an interpolated PVC. It could be because of anxiety stress or any structural abnormality in heart.
I would recommend you to get a 2D echo and serum electrolyte test done.
