I am sexually active 27 year old man and have intercourse very often and have never had paid sex in my life. But since past two months i realized and observed some white dots on my penis and under it. Initially I was not bothered but in past three weeks I have found a sudden surge in the density of these white dots and I am pretty worried about it. These dots are like little seeds and some time when I tried to squeeze them a white solid or sometimes a thick white fluid comes out. I don’t feel any pain as such, but I am worried for I am not being able to have sex in past two weeks because I doubt my girlfriend won’t like to see a sick and ugly penis.
