Widened urethral opening after FORESKIN RETRACTING EXERCISE.

hello doctor,

My penis foreskin to tight to retract over the glans. I tried retracting exercise at home. After few weeks i noticed that my urethral opening got widened 2-3 mm. I am scared and stopped the exercise.

will it automatically rectified or i should consult a urologist?

Also suggest me a cream to loosen the foreskin.

You can continue the stretching exercise and also apply steroid cream locally under the care of urologist.
However in case it does not open on its own, you may need circumcision.

Dear Doctor,

Thanks for your reply. Is it normal that my penis hole(urine opening) got split in retracting exercise.
Before doing the exercise, the opening was 2-3mm. Now it is 5-6mm also i have slight irritation while passing the urine.
