BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Pallav S. Bhatia has done his MBBS and M.S. (Ortho.) from M.P.Shah Medical College, Jamnagar,which is followed by specialization in Spine Surgery.

Dr. Pallav Bhatia’s  journey as a Spine Surgeon began in 2010, just after his completion of masters in orthopaedics. His basic spine training took place at Ahmedabad. He then underwent two years certified extensive training in spine surgery at Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, New Delhi under the guidance of Dr. H.S.Chhabra . This is a very prestigious fellowship awarded  by ASSI.

During this tenure of Fellowship, Dr Bhatia had the privilege of being a part of innumerable spine surgeries . He has an experience of performing independently vast number of surgeries including minimally invasive spine surgeries and deformity correction.

Dr Pallav was awarded with IASA spine fellowship  at UC Davis spine center, California, USA , where he was trained in minimally invasive spine surgery and deformity correction.

Dr Pallav also did prestigeous IGASS Fellowship at Klinikum Dortmund Germany where he was trained under Dr.Franke in advanced spine surgery techniques.

Dr Bhatia has recently been awarded NASS Fellowship under Dr Lawrence Lenke at Columbia University in USA.

He has many research papers and poster presentations to his credit and has also won acclodes in them. He has also been an invitee as faculty in the national conference. He is actively involved in research too. Dr Pallav Bhatia is the youngest and dynamic and one of the best spine surgeon  in India presently with the latest techniques and expertise in minimally invasive approach towards spine.
