Thanks for your question and answer .As you want to prevent yourself from infection the best way is to avoid sexual contact because it prevent you from sexual transmitted disease but as if you told that you are getting sexual on a daily basis and you are sexually active so I would recomment you some of the suggestion that will reduce the risk of getting STDs . To get prevent from infections and STDs just try to be in continous relationship ,always try to use condoms correctly because condoms are 98% effective and prevent you from STDs and the chances of infection are less. Try to get yourself checkup bu you doctor or you can go for a regular chekups that keep you up to date about vaccine and STDs. Checkups are asked to update because there are vaccine like hpv and hepatitis b which are really effective and can cause infection.
