Dementia and high BP and balance problems

Resolved Question:

My Dad is 77 Years Old. He is Non- Daibetic as of Now. Currently he has restricted movements he can walk but very slow, has some balancing disturbance, some times urine incontinence(whenever BP is high), Slight Dementia. Though was branded as Alzihemer Dementia 4 years back, We could reverse to an extent as we find him only dementia. He has high BP noticed last few days need your help.
