I recently noticed a bladder issue when I defecated. I could feel and mild discomfort when I began to urinate when defecating. I also felt a pressure in my rectum. The symptoms improved but I became constipated. I cant see the doctor for a few weeks so I attempted a self exam and can feel my prostate. It is easily palpable and is hard and possibly enlarged. I have my psa checked every 6 months and it is normal. I am a 45 yo and other wise ok. I have had no fever or chills. I have not been sexually active in over a year. Any help is appreciated.
