Related to delay period and pregnancy,

I have been trying to become pregnant from last year. but i am having irregular period with medium flows from Jan 2014. The details as follows

You have been trying to get pregnant now, for a year.
So you need to consult an Infertility Specialist in your city.
Please have the following workup -
1. Semen analysis of your husband.
2. YOur blood tests - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, Free testosterone, Lipid profile on day 2 of cycle.
3. Pelvic transvaginal ultrasound scan on day 2 of cycle.
4. Basic complete blood count, viral markers, TSH, OGTT ( diabetes test ) of both partners.
5. Pap smear.
PLease email all these reports to me once they are done.
THese will include tests for slightly irregular cycles.
What is your height and weight ?
You might be having hormonal issues ( polycystic ovarian syndrome ) where cycles are irregular and ovulation is erratic so fertility is a problem.
There are excellent drugs and medications available to induce ovulation in such women.
After these tests, you should go for 3 cycles of follicular monitoring ( ultrasound study of egg follicle serially throughout the month ) to confirm if you are ovulating.
Then treatment can be accordingly tailored.
Yes, you can drink green tea while trying to conceive.
Please take daily 5 mg per day folic acid ( Folvite ) .
