The Nottingham scale is a grading scale which is used to determine the long term prognosis. Your value of 6 puts you at intermediate grade. However this scale cannot be used to predict which cells will mutate, when they will mutate or how fast do they mutate. The rate of mutation is a theoretical calculation.
