Non itchy circular rash in penis after unprotected sex.

Resolved Question:

I have a circular rash on the head of my penis it doesn't itch or give me any kind of pain, it appeared in the last four days! I am guessing it might be some kind of sti, or more hopefully a fungal infection! There is no discharge or any other related symptom other than this rash!

i had unprotected sex about 8 weeks ago and then this rash showed up four days ago, I haven't had any unprotected intercourse since then.

I can understand your concern.

This seems to be erythema multiforme which could be due to viral infection like herpes virus.

I would recommend taking anti viral medication like valacyclovir. That will help to resolve the lesion. You can apply cortisone cream on the area once a day for five days. You can add clotrimazole cream which can be mixed with cortisone cream n applied to prevent secondary fungal infection.
