I have gone through your husbands semen analysis. The sperm count is good but motility is slightly less optimum. However this is not a contraindication for fertility. Motility hasn't improved as in some cases response can be delayed.
It would be advisable to take treatment under a infertility specialist.
You can also consider Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI) to get maximum chances of pregnancy.
