Reason for low PLATELET COUNT in healthy person.

Hi,

Currently am quite scared, i am a very healthy person. Am not having any issues with my body at all, i don't even feel that i am weak at any point. But like few days ago i decided to go for health checkup, my reports were quite good but Platelets stunt me. I never thought they can be that low, in my first test the count was 93 Thousands then i did test again in 14 days which resulted in 1.18 Lacs count then after in my last test i found they reduced to 75 Thousands. I am unable to figure out why these counts are playing with numbers.

I have attached the reports, please check and advice.
Report are named upon checkup's report 1 is tested 1st and then 2nd and so on.
