How long do your periods normally last ?
I need to have some clue as to the date of your last menstrual period, to be able to make a reasonably correct statement.
Also, what is your normal cycle like - how many days ?

My periods can last anywhere from 5 to 7 days and I have a normal cycle. I counted back 9 weeks and that would put my period at July 8th which would lead me to believe I ovulated the 20th? Does that sound right to you. I'm leaning towards the one night stand based on what I've concluded.

Going by your first scan, which is supposed to be the most reliable in dating, the period date would have been 8th of July, you are correct.
That said, you could not have ovulated as early as the 16th of July.
21st of July is more likely to be the date of conception from my point of view.
Now, first trimester scans have an inherent error margin of 5 to 7 days, and the two encounters are only 5 days apart, falling well within the error window.
There is the catch.
But the period dates and the scans DO match, pointing towards 21st July as being more likely as the date of conception.
Of course, A paternity test would be confirmatory.

Thank you for responding back to me. So there is still a possibility that the baby could be my exes then? Is it possible to have DNA testing done while pregnant?

The possibility is very slim, it cannot be ruled out without a paternity test.
Yes it is possible to get it done as early as 6 weeks of pregnancy, and you would need to request your obstetrician for the same, once you decide whether you want it or not.
