After residency, Dr Sanghanayak Worked with Eminent Psychiatrist Dr Harish Shetty for 1 year in his Nityanand Clinic at Andheri. He worked in Department of Psychiatry at L.T.M.M.C & L.T.M.G.H, Sion Mumbai for 1 year. He also worked at K.B.Bhaba Hospital, Bandra, Mumbai for 6 months.
He is now working at Atharav Hospital & Research Center as consultant Psychiatrist and has his own private practice in Andheri. He works with Comprehensive evaluations that address both medical and psychiatric symptoms.
