You will have get the teeth removed or repaired. The bleeding can be due to reasons - an infection in the root/gum or a bleeding disorder in the background. This has to be looked into. A baseline complete blood count needs to be done followed by a course of antibiotics if there is infection.

For now you can apply slight pressure over the area using a clean cotton cloth . Keep this of five minutes. I see that you have already tried ice. If the bleeding persist you will need to visit the ER (Causality) and get medical help
