I can understand your need for a detailed interpretation of the report. In medicine, every test has an interpretation only in the context of why it has been done. Without any clinical indication, tests can pick up random deviations in metabolites.
So, what were the symptoms in your children that took you to the doctor? What is it that bothers you about their condition? What were the other tests that your doctor ordered? For my son ..
He is weak in studies hyperactive and low iq 74.
He has bloating and excess gas..
For my daughter heavy hair Loss and mild depression.

I must admit that I am amazed at the kind of investigations that we order for our kids these days.. Before any test is done, there is always a pretest probability of a disease, meaning there is a disease in the doctor's mind based on the clinical history and examination. The test then rules in or rules out the disease with a certain degree of confidence. All tests have been designed in such a manner. Suppose, I get hold of a few hundred healthy children and run one thousand tests on these kids. Around 80-90 of these tests will return abnormal, purely by chance. This is the rule of ptobability. Now, if based on these tests, I start diagnosing these kids as diseased, does it make sense? To me, it does not. So, I do not believe in this kind of blind medicine, wherein you run a battery of tests without any indication and start running behind the results it throws around.
Coming to your case scenario,
Has anyone standardised the normative standards of dilactste, benxoate, phenylacetate and p-hydroxy phenylacetate for Indian children? How does anyone know that this variation is only because of gut microbacteria?
The answer is no one knows.. So focus on feeding healthy food substances to your children. Use plenty of curd in your diet.
This is my personal opinion and am sure most pediatricians would agree with me in this regard.
