Grayish spot on head of penis after injury.

About1 moths ago or so I noticed a grayish spot on the left side of the head of my penis(on the corona)
it does not itch or hurt at all.and it does not look like a blister either..It is smooth to the touch not bumpy
and i didn't do sex ever in my life I'm a virgin man until now
but I got a hard football shot in my penis same time

Thanks for posting your query. I can understand your concern. I reviewed the picture.

It seems to be lichen planus which is like an eczema. Its violaceous in colour. Its not infectious.

The treatment for it would be application of cortisone cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day for two weeks.

In case it doesn't start improving in a week, it will be best to see your doctor who can examine it thoroughly.
