I have gone through the images attached. Now to suggest a probable diagnosis and appropriate management, I would like to know
Since how long are you having these lesions
Areas affected
If the lesions are extremely itchy
If you are pregnant
Morphology of lesion- color, raised or not raised, have overlying scale or crust, if lesions form erosions immediately etc
Treatment taken so far
Right now I can just think of three differentials- pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta/ eczema/ scabies. I will be able to confirm the diagnosis once I havr all the details about your skin concern. Also if possible please attach better resolution pics.
In the interim, you may take tablet levocetirizine 5mg apply steroid antibiotic cream.
These lesions are not due to any internal cause.
