The chest Xray attached is a PA view, poor quality, incomplete film, with washing artefact.right anterior rotation.
bony cage visible, appears to be normal.
mild cardiomegaly- unable to comment because of rotation..
diaphragm seems to be flat. no signs of hyperinflation.
lung fields - no evidence of pneumothorax , mass or fluid.

Final impression is : poor quality, rotated film, seems to be normal
